I am Phegra. No fancy title, but if I had to go with one, I'd say I am Chief of Technique (you'll see why). I am a health conscious twenty-3 year old with a weakness for sweets. What can I say? I inherited it proudly from my mom, a sundae-loving woman.
Months ago when Sol and I originally came up with the idea for the Bakedery (procrastinate much?) I really just wanted to show our skills off to the world ;-). Though all of what we make is deeelish, I'll be the first to admit everything is not perfect, but whether we are celebrating a birthday, re-creating family classics, or simply staying in the house on a Friday night, everything on the Bakedery is made with a laughter in a friendship-filled kitchen.
